Description
The 14-Day Younger Longer Joint Health Challenge, presented by Peter, is an evidence-based program designed to help participants improve joint mobility, reduce stiffness and support long-term musculoskeletal health.
Drawing on Dr Larkins’ extensive experience in sports and exercise medicine, the challenge focuses on practical strategies including safe movement techniques, strength and flexibility exercises, injury prevention, recovery practices and lifestyle habits that support joint function. Participants learn how factors such as physical activity, weight management, posture and inflammation influence joint health and long-term mobility.
Through simple daily education and achievable exercises, the program helps participants build stronger, more resilient joints while reducing discomfort and improving overall movement confidence. By the end of the 14 days, participants gain practical tools and sustainable habits to support joint health, physical performance and long-term quality of life.
