Drawing on Rod’s extensive experience in exercise physiology movement science and behaviour change, the challenge blends gentle daily mobility routines, strength-focused exercises, posture-improving strategies, and practical education on biomechanics and lifestyle factors that influence back wellbeing.
Over four weeks, participants engage with progressive daily activities that emphasise safe movement, core stability, mindset support and recovery principles. The challenge also incorporates practical tips for workplace ergonomics, stress management and sleep optimisation, recognising that back health is influenced by holistic lifestyle factors. By the end of the 28 days, participants gain both the physical foundation and the behavioural habits to support long-term back health, reduce injury risk and enhance overall quality of life.
