The 14-Day Younger Longer Preventative Health Challenge, presented by Geoff, is an evidence-based program designed to help participants take proactive control of their long-term health through early detection, screening awareness and sustainable lifestyle strategies. Drawing on Dr Holt’s expertise in preventative cardiology and performance health, the challenge guides participants, through daily education, focused on key health risk factors, including cardiovascular screening, metabolic health, lifestyle habits, sleep, stress management and overall wellbeing. Participants learn how regular health checks and early intervention can significantly reduce the risk of chronic disease and support healthier ageing. Through practical daily actions and accessible health education, the program empowers participants to better understand their personal health risks and build sustainable preventative health habits.
