Introduction
Program
Heath delivers the Younger Longer 28-Day Over-50s Exercise Challenge, which is a practical, evidence-based program designed to help adults aged 50+ move better, feel stronger and maintain independence as they age. Grounded in the philosophy that exercise is medicine, the challenge focuses on safe, age-appropriate movement that improves strength, mobility, balance and confidence. Participants are guided through progressive, functional exercises and simple education that supports joint health, everyday movement, injury prevention and long-term consistency. Heath’s approach is realistic and inclusive meeting people where they are, adapting for different abilities and emphasising sustainable habits over intensity. The goal isn’t perfection but building the physical capacity to live well: Getting up off the floor, carrying groceries, staying steady on your feet and enjoying an active, independent life. By the end of the challenge, participants will have improved physical confidence, practical tools they can continue using and a clearer understanding of how regular, tailored exercise supports longevity, healthspan, and quality of life - core pillars of the Younger Longer mission.
