Introduction
Program
The Younger Longer 14-Day Self-Confidence Challenge, presented by Cameron Daddo, is a practical and empowering program designed to help individuals build lasting self-confidence through science-backed strategies and simple daily actions. Across two weeks, participants are guided to understand that true confidence is not about ego or perfection but rather about self-trust, resilience and consistently showing up. The challenge blends psychology, mindset training and behavioural techniques, covering areas such as reframing negative self-talk, improving body language, developing self-compassion and stepping outside comfort zones, to help reshape thinking patterns and strengthen belief in one’s own abilities. More than just a mindset shift, this challenge takes a holistic approach to confidence by integrating communication skills, physical movement, mindfulness, environment design and habit formation. Each day builds progressively, helping participants create momentum through small wins, skill development and intentional action. By the end of the 14 days, individuals develop their own personalised “Confidence Code”, a practical framework of beliefs and behaviours to support long-term growth. The result is not just increased confidence but also a stronger sense of identity, clarity and the tools to navigate life with greater purpose, authenticity and self-assurance.
