The Younger Longer 28 Day Menopause Challenge, presented by Dr Hannah Chapman, is an evidence-based program designed to help women better understand and manage the physical and emotional changes that occur prior to, during and after, menopause. It explains the key hormonal shifts across perimenopause, menopause and post menopause and how these changes can impact sleep, mood, metabolism, bone health and cardiovascular risk. The program focuses on practical, easy to apply strategies that support overall health including nutrition, strength training, sleep optimisation, stress management as well as medical interventions where appropriate. Rather than taking a one size fits all approach, the program encourages women to build a personalised plan based on their own symptoms and lifestyle. By combining medical insight with simple daily habits, it empowers participants to reduce symptoms, protect long-term health and navigate menopause with greater confidence, energy and control.
