Introduction

Guy Leech is one of Australia’s most iconic endurance athletes and a passionate advocate for health and longevity. As a world champion Ironman and the first-ever winner of the gruelling Coolangatta Gold, Guy dominated surf lifesaving in the 1980s and 1990s and was later named Australia’s Fittest Athlete over 40.
