AS WELL AS PTP POWER HANDLES AND PTP INDOOR ANCHOR IT IS PERFECT FOR A FULL BODY WORKOUT AND IT WILL IMPROVE MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE WHILST PROMOTING MUSCLE GROWTH. The Resistance System (RS) is highly versatile and convenient. It comes with a set of Power Handles and PTP indoor anchor, you can train anywhere at anytime. 3 different levels of resistance tube are ideal for training the whole body by improving muscular strength and endurance whilst promoting muscle growth.
All tubes come with the build-in Safety inner cord makes it a safe choice for resistance training.

The RS comes with the ability to increase or decrease the resistance when you train, by adding or removing an additional tube(s).
