Description
The 28-Day Younger Longer Healthy Habits Challenge, presented by Peter, is a practical, evidence-based program designed to help participants build sustainable daily behaviours that support long-term health, performance and wellbeing.
Drawing on Dr Larkins’ extensive experience in sports and exercise medicine, the challenge focuses on the fundamental lifestyle pillars that influence healthy ageing, including movement, nutrition, recovery, sleep, injury prevention and consistency. Over four progressive weeks, participants learn how small, repeatable daily habits can significantly improve physical resilience, energy levels and overall quality of life.
Through simple education and achievable daily actions, the program encourages participants to focus on long-term behaviour change rather than quick health fixes. By the end of the 28 days, participants gain greater awareness of their health behaviours and develop practical, sustainable routines that support lifelong wellbeing and longevity.
