Description
The 28-Day Younger Longer “Men’s Menopause” (Andropause) Challenge, presented by Peter, is an evidence-based program designed to help men understand and manage the hormonal and lifestyle changes associated with ageing and declining testosterone levels.
The challenge focuses on practical strategies including strength training, cardiovascular fitness, nutrition, sleep and stress management to support energy, muscle strength, mood and overall vitality. Participants also learn to recognise symptoms of andropause and understand when medical screening and hormonal intervention may be beneficial.
By the end of the program, participants gain greater awareness of men’s hormonal health and develop sustainable habits to support long-term performance, resilience and wellbeing.
