The 28 Day Younger Longer Blue Zone Challenge, presented by Guy, is a lifestyle-based program inspired by the world’s longest-living populations, known as Blue Zones. The challenge is designed to help participants adopt the proven daily habits that support longevity vitality, and overall wellbeing.
Across four structured weeks, participants are guided through practical, evidence-informed strategies based on key Blue Zone lifestyle principles, including natural daily movement, purpose and mindset, strong social connection, nutritious whole-food eating and stress reduction practices. The program translates these longevity habits into simple, achievable daily actions that fit into modern life.
Drawing on Guy’s experience in elite performance, resilience and preventative health, the challenge encourages participants to focus on sustainable behaviour change rather than short-term health fixes. By the end of the 28 days, participants gain a deeper understanding of longevity lifestyle principles and develop practical routines designed to support long-term physical health, mental wellbeing, and quality of life.
