The 28-Day Younger Longer Osteoporosis Challenge, led by Sandra, is an evidence-based program designed to help participants strengthen bones, reduce fracture risk and build lifelong habits that support musculoskeletal health.
The challenge combines practical nutrition strategies, including optimising calcium, protein and vitamin D intake, with safe weight-bearing exercise, balance training and lifestyle education. Participants learn how everyday food and movement choices directly influence bone density, strength and long-term independence.
