Drawing on Kerri’s experience as an elite athlete and high-performance coach, participants are guided through daily strategies focused on goal setting, prioritisation, focus techniques, habit formation, and managing distractions. The program combines mindset development with simple, actionable planning tools, helping participants take control of their schedules and align daily actions with long-term goals. By the end of 14 days, participants gain clarity, organisation skills, and sustainable productivity habits that support wellbeing and longevity. YOUNGER LONGER 21 DAY WINNING HABITS CHALLENGE The 21-Day Younger Longer Winning Habits Challenge, also led by Kerri, focuses on building powerful daily habits that support long-term success, health, and personal growth. Over three weeks, participants learn how small, consistent behaviours shape outcomes, developing discipline, focus, resilience, and motivation. Combining habit science, mindset development, and real-world performance strategies, the program helps participants establish routines that improve productivity, confidence, and lifestyle consistency. By the end of 21 days, participants gain practical tools and self-awareness to create sustainable habits that support achievement, wellbeing, and longevity.
